Securities brokerage

Backed by its experienced team of dealers and Stock Exchange approved BSS trading system that ensures speedy and accurate transaction, the Group helps customers stay ahead of the stock market with added flexibility of placing orders via internet, telephone or visit to its office premises. In addition, the Group has its own research team to provide customers with in-depth market analysis, helping them create value.

Futures trading

The Group offers a variety of brokerage and trading services in futures and options such as HSI futures and options, and mini-HSI futures and options. Clients may place orders via internet, telephone or visit to the Group’s office premises through the efficient OAPI futures contract dealing system.

Placing and underwriting

Leveraging on its dedicated team of experienced professionals, high end client base and strong alliance with strategic partners, the Group’s placing and underwriting division achieved remarkable results by acting as an underwriter or a sub-underwriter or a placing agent in Initial Public Offerings (“IPOs”) and placing of existing or new shares or convertible bonds of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, the Group also acted as a placing agent for overseas stock market companies such as Toronto Stock Exchange and Australia Stock Exchange.

Financing service

To provide customers with funding flexibility, the Group provides financing for applications of shares in connection with IPOs, helping them grasp every investment opportunity for maximizing their returns.
